What we gather
When you ring us, your number and the time of the call are passed along, and the conversation may be recorded. When you read the site, ordinary analytics are logged, such as which pages were opened and the type of device and browser used.
What it is for
We use it to send your call to a contractor who works at your address, to check the quality of that service and to improve the site. We never sell it.
Who gets it
The contractor on your job gets what you tell them during the call. Companies that run our call routing and analytics handle only the data those services require.
