Our Process
From a backed-up drain to a sound sewer line in seven steps.
Clay, cast iron, Orangeburg or plastic, cracked or collapsed: each job runs through the same seven stages.
First, the call
Say which drains back up, how often, and roughly when the house was built. You get the likely cause and a rough cost.
The line is filmed
A camera runs from the cleanout to the city main, and every crack, root entry, sag and offset is logged by its distance.
The route is located
A locator marks where the line runs and how deep it is, and utilities are marked before any pit is opened.
The pipe is cleaned
Roots are cut, cast iron scale is ground out and the line is jetted, so a liner has a clean surface to bond to.
You approve the method and price
Lining, bursting or a spot repair goes on a written quote with the footage it covers. If one patch will do, you hear that.
It is lined or burst
The liner is installed and cured, or the new HDPE pipe is pulled through, usually within one day.
It is filmed again
Branch connections are reopened and the finished line is filmed, and the video is yours to keep.
